TOKYO TRADE TASTING 

 

While many of our members have been travelling to Japan for several decades, this is the first time that the Union des Grands Crus de Chablis will organise a tasting in Tokyo. 

 

To commemorate this special occasion, the Union is delighted to invite you to 

 

 

for a walk-around tasting of over 40 Grands Crus Chablis. 

 

The main theme of the tasting is the newly-released 2015 vintage, and this is a rare opportunity to taste so many Grands Crus Chablis side-by-side,

allowing tasters to better understand the characteristics of each of the climats : Preuses, Valmur, Vaudésir, Bougros, Clos, Blanchots and Grenouilles, as well as Moutonne. 

 

Many of the producers will also bring older vintages, sometimes from their private cellars, in order to illustrate the ageing potential of Grands Crus Chablis. 

 

Quantities are extremely limited, so please ensure that you register in advance for this unique tasting to avoid disappointment.
